How this site makes money

Right now it does not. No provider pays to appear here, no ranking is bought, and no link on the site earns us anything.

That will change. The plan is to earn a commission when someone opens an account through a link here, at no cost to them, which is how comparison sites are usually funded. When the first of those goes live this page will say so, and a short note will appear on the pages it applies to. What will not change is the order: every provider is judged on the same published figures and covered on the same terms, including the ones we could never earn a penny from.
